Hello from CCF’s CCF’s!
Yes the former Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Senior Saints has now changed its name to Classic Christian Friends; therefore we are CCF’s CCF’s! The vision planned for us is FUN and saving money! The first money saving plan we have implemented is we will no longer be sending out postcards as reminders for our monthly meetings. Thanks need to go out to Jean Brattain and Sharon England, they will be calling CCF members to remind them of the meeting. This is a savings of almost $200 a year! Thanks to you both for donating your time Jean and Sharon. We will continure our meetings on the third Sunday of the month except for the months of December and January, there will be no meeting those months. We will be having our regularly scheduled meeting April 17th after services to discuss and finalize our plans to Twigs and Sprigs Tea Room. Our meeting in May will be a “weiner roast” at Fred and Cyni’s, tentative dates are 5/14 or 5/21, this will also be a topic at our April meeting.
Our vision for the CCF’s is to have fun while helping each other, lending a hand to the youth pastor to mentor the youth and bringing the community around the church into the church.
